Competitive soccer is one of the best ways to prepare for everyday situations that occur in life, such as: working as a member of a team, embracing diversity, overcoming adversity, demanding quality and excellence from one's self, learning to communicate, working for a demanding boss, being punctual, learning self-discipline and problem solving skills, time management, and learning the benefits of eating right and being physically fit. If all we do it teach our players to dribble and pass a soccer ball, we've failed them. Soccer success is secondary to seeing them grow into
well-rounded respectable men and women. Our main goal is to mentor their growth in these areas and for them to look back on their time playing competitive soccer and realize these values have become inherent and made a difference in their lives as co-workers, fathers and mothers, and husbands and wives.
